About Us

We’ve started a blog to just show the world what it’s like to be a part of our family. We hope you have fun! And now, a little about us. Stephen just finished his graduate degree in Geology at BYU, and we moved to Denver, where he now works for an oil company! April is a mom, who loves to spend her days with her little boys. That, and eat. I mean cook. Then write at her food blog. And think about food. And eating. Mmmmm….. ANYWAY! Stephen Jr. (currently 7 years old) is an incredibly smart little boy who loves pretending, READING, people, and PEOPLE. He is under the impression that he is about 23 years old. Joseph is an insanely cute, amazingly stubborn 5 year old who pretends to be a cat at least once a day, and will eat almost anything, as long as you tell him it will make him strong. (That's my boy!!) Bracken is our super snuggly giant beastie girl. As a family we love to cook, eat, (sensing a theme here?) have adventures both indoors and out, and laugh as much as possible. Enjoy our escapades!
